Delivery Information and Returns Policy
Deliveries
All UK orders received before 2pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail or alternate courier service, and will generally arrive within 48 hours from the date you place your order.
- Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm GMT will not be processed until Monday morning.
- Orders with missing information will take longer as we will need to clarify the correct order details.
All orders OUTSIDE of the UK received before 2pm will be packaged and shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail or alternative courier and can generally take between 5-14 working days from the date you place your order depending on your country of delivery.
Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer alternatives which we think may be suitable.
International orders will be charged shipping which will be added to the total cost of the order before payment is made. Delivery will be made via a suitable international courier, and a signature will be required upon delivery. These orders can take up to 7-14 working days depending on the country of delivery. Once your package leaves the UK we cannot control how your country handles the package in relation to customs or otherwise.
Buyers are responsible for clarifying and paying all additional costs for international orders such as VAT / Import Duties / Import Taxes and all additional import costs that may not be listed in this document.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds (Sterling), US Dollars and Euros, (prices shown in Euros and Dollars may differ slightly than the actual transaction charge due to daily currency exchange rate fluctuations).
If for any reason your order has a missing or damaged item. You will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase date subject to buyer contacting us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
In the event that you wish to make a return please contact us at sales@foxstarclothing.com and request a returns form. We will then email you a returns form for completion.
All returns are subject to items being returned unworn and unused, in the original condition and packaging.
Buyer pays return postage where item is not required.
